Gabriel Mackenzie

 

With 20 years of experience as a lawyer, Gabriel has practiced law since 1993, after completing double degrees in both Arts/Law from Macquarie University.

She has been an immigration lawyer/Registered Migration Agent (RMA) since 2011.

Gabriel’s experience includes family visas, refugee/humanitarian visas, employer sponsored and skilled visas as well as a wide variety of other visas.

Gabriel has also worked in criminal law, revenue law, administrative law, native title, personal injury law and equity/trusts law.

Gabriel worked in both government and private practice as well as being the Principle of her own firm.

Her experience and qualifications means she brings high quality legal expertise to preparing your visa or AAT or judicial review applications which involves:

  • researching complex law
  • presenting supportive evidence
  • arguing persuasively
