The Skilling Australians Fund (SAF) will apply prospectively starting on 12 August 2018 to the following visas which must pay the nomination training contribution charge:
- Subclass 457 visa (for nomination to change sponsor for an existing 457 visa holder)
- Subclass 482 visa
- Subclass 186 visa
- Subclass 187 visa
Changes to Labour Market Test are also included in the SAF Act and a further legislative instrument is expected to implement these changes.
