Riza Boncodin

Riza is a solicitor and barrister in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She is also a licensed lawyer in the Philippines.

She has an extensive experience working as a lawyer in both private and public sectors, with her legal practice centering on migration law, corporation law, taxation and family law.  She worked as a court attorney at the Supreme Court of the Philippines before joining Ernst & Young where she practised as a tax and global mobility lawyer.  Riza also has a wide-range experience in legal editing and publication, and is currently the editor of Parish Patience Immigration Services’ newsletters.

Riza’s experience in handling migration cases has provided her invaluable professional expertise as well as genuine respect and regard to immigrants.

Her professional qualifications include: BA Political Science and Bachelor of Laws (University of the Philippines), DipLaw (LPAB-University of Sydney) and Master of Laws (Australian National University) (ongoing).
