NSW Nomination Criteria for Entrepreneur Visa

The NSW Department of Industry-Skilled Business Migration has announced its nomination criteria for Entrepreneur (subclass 188) visa.

To be eligible for NSW nomination for the Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) – Entrepreneur stream, an applicant must:

  • meet DIBP eligibility criteria
  • submit a business plan for complying entrepreneurial activity
  • demonstrate sufficient funds to settle in NSW.

 

The Skilled and Business Migration’s nomination criteria align the DIBP key eligibility requirements with those of the NSW Government of creating jobs, boosting productivity and generating genuine economic activity.
